We are currently hiring for a Retention & Loyalty Marketing Manager for a high-growth D2C consumer brand based in Mumbai. This opportunity is suited for a strategic lifecycle and retention professional with 2-7 years of experience in CRM strategy, customer engagement, and loyalty programs across D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
The role is designed for someone who enjoys building retention systems and frameworks, rather than executing daily campaigns. Campaign execution is supported by an existing team member, allowing this role to focus on planning, ownership, and long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the retention and loyalty charter, driving repeat purchases, customer engagement, and sustainable LTV growth
- Design, launch, or enhance loyalty programs and retention initiatives aligned with customer behavior and brand objectives
- Structure and own the customer lifecycle strategy, including CRM journey planning, messaging intent, and engagement milestones
- Identify retention opportunities through cohort analysis, experimentation, and customer insights
- Work closely with Performance Marketing to ensure acquisition efforts translate into high-quality, retained customers
- Track and evaluate retention metrics to refine strategy and scale successful programs
Candidate Profile:
- 2-7 years of experience in Retention, CRM, Lifecycle, or Loyalty Marketing roles
- Strong ability to think strategically about customer journeys and engagement
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable owning retention outcomes and influencing multiple stakeholders
