Retailio - Deputy General Manager

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across South India, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution in compliance with pharma regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.

2. Oversee procurement, vendor management, and inventory planning.

3. Manage multi-location warehouses and distribution operations.

4. Ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, and minimal stock expiry.

5. Ensure compliance with pharma regulatory standards (GDP, GMP, CDSCO).

6. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and QA teams.

Requirements:

- MBA / PG in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferred

- 12+ years of experience in pharma/FMCG supply chain.

- Strong leadership and vendor management skills.

- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Location: Based at Chennai or Bangalore

South India (regional role with travel)
