Retail Sales Manager

Position: Retail Sales Manager

Reporting To: Management / Senior Management

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in the ICT / Technology domain.

Age: Maximum 35 years.

- Strong experience in retail sales, showroom management, sales management, or business development.

- Experience in managing a complete showroom/outlet, including sales, operations, inventory, and customer management.

- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.

- Hands-on experience in inventory/stock management and stock movement.

- Experience using ERP systems for sales, inventory, and operational activities.

- Strong team management, customer handling, negotiation, and business development skills.

- Experience in ICT, IT hardware, computers, networking, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or related technology products will be preferred.

Location & Training:

- Candidates will initially be based in Kinshasa for training and initial onboarding.

- After the initial training/onboarding period, selected candidates will be relocated to Lubumbashi based on business requirements.

- Candidates should be comfortable with international relocation and working in an expatriate environment.

Compensation:

Salary: USD 2,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience and suitability for the role.

Taxes: Company-borne taxes.
