About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Retail Project Manager to lead end-to-end store development and fit-out projects for our luxury retail network across India.
Total Experience: 8 - 15 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new store openings, renovations, relocations, and refurbishment projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, landlords, and mall management.
- Handle vendor management, BOQs, project costing, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure high-quality execution of interiors, civil, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and signage works.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and ensure on-time store launches.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.
- Monitor project quality, compliance, and safety standards.
Preferred Candidate:
- 8+ years of experience in Retail Projects or Store Development.
- Experience in Luxury Retail, Jewellery, Watches, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Brands.
- Strong knowledge of retail fit-outs, interiors, MEP coordination, and mall approvals.
- Hands-on experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, and Advanced Excel.
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
