We are seeking a skilled Retail Planner to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This role has opened as a replacement for a previous team member who excelled in optimizing inventory and enhancing the assortment planning process.
The primary business challenge this role will address is improving our inventory management and ensuring optimal product assortment to meet consumer demand efficiently.
The Retail Planner will be part of a dynamic team responsible for driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective open-to-buy (OTB) strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels that meet business goals.
- Create comprehensive assortment plans and buy plans to align with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Design range architecture that supports brand positioning and maximizes sales potential.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail planning or a related role.
- Proficiency in open-to-buy (OTB) management and assortment planning.
- Strong skills in buy plan development and range architecture design.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
