Retail Operations Head - Sugar Confectionary

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations & Execution:

- Oversee end-to-end operations of all brand-owned or partner-led chocolate stores across India

- Ensure exceptional store standards in line with global brand guidelines - VM, hygiene, customer experience, SOPs

- Drive operational efficiency including inventory management, staffing, and POS operations

Team Management & Training:

- Recruit, train, and manage store staff; build a high-performance, customer-first team

- Conduct regular training aligned with global brand ethos and product knowledge

Coordination with Global Team:

- Act as the key point of contact for the brand's international retail and merchandising teams

- Implement global retail strategies, campaigns, and new initiatives in India

- Share performance insights, consumer feedback, and market trends regularly

Sales & Performance:

- Own store-level P&L accountability

- Drive revenue and profitability for all retail locations

- Monitor KPIs - footfall, conversion, ATV, UPT - and ensure continuous performance enhancement

New Store Development & Expansion:

- Identify and evaluate new store locations in premium malls and high-street locations

- Coordinate store design, fit-outs, and launches with internal and external stakeholders

Marketing & Promotions:

- Work with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions, sampling activities, and seasonal campaigns

- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
