Description :
The client is Leading, sleeping, & Home solutions company and they are looking for a Retail Leader who can build and scale our offline retail business from the ground up while creating a seamless experience for customers.
Role:
- Define the offline retail strategy and scale the brand's physical presence across key markets.
- Identify high-impact store locations, formats, and expansion opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end store launches - from site selection to store opening.
Own the Retail P&L:
- Drive store revenue, margins, and profitability.
- Build strong store-level economics and productivity metrics.
- Continuously optimize store ROI and payback periods.
Build a High-Performance Retail Engine:
- Set up SOPs, store operations frameworks, and performance dashboards.
- Improve key metrics like conversion rate, footfall productivity, ATV, UPT, and same-store growth.
- Build a retail operations playbook that can scale across cities.
Create Best-in-Class Store Experience:
- Ensure every store delivers a memorable, high-conversion customer experience.
- Partner with brand, merchandising, and marketing teams to translate the brand story into physical retail experiences.
Omnichannel Integration:
- Create a seamless online + offline customer journey.
- Drive initiatives like click & collect, assisted selling, omnichannel inventory, and digital-led store experiences.
Build & Lead the Retail Team:
- Hire, train, and lead store managers, regional managers, and retail operations teams.
- Build a customer-obsessed culture across stores.
What We're Looking For:
- 10-15+ years of experience in retail operations, store expansion, or omnichannel retail.
- Experience scaling retail networks in D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong P&L ownership mindset.
- Deep understanding of store economics and retail productivity metrics.
- Someone who thrives in fast-moving, founder-led environments.
- Builder mindset - comfortable creating systems from scratch.
