Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Head to take overall ownership of a large-scale retail business. The role will focus on driving revenue and profitability while ensuring strong store performance, operational discipline and a consistent customer experience across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of retail business performance across multiple stores and locations.

- Drive revenue, profitability, sales productivity and overall P&L performance.

- Review store-level performance and identify areas for improvement across conversion, ATV and productivity.

- Strengthen operational standards and ensure consistent execution across stores.

- Oversee visual merchandising, category execution and effective utilisation of retail space.

- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Digital and HR teams on business priorities.

- Ensure inventory availability, stock discipline and effective operational controls across stores.

- Lead manpower planning, team development and performance management.

- Drive new store openings and support expansion initiatives.

- Establish performance dashboards and review mechanisms to track business progress and identify corrective actions.

- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve overall business outcomes.

Ideal Profile:

- Strong experience in Retail Operations and Business Leadership.

- Proven experience managing P&L and multi-store retail operations.

- Experience handling large teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong commercial and analytical approach with a focus on business performance.

- Customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of store operations.

- Experience in premium, large-format or multi-location retail will be relevant.

- Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management skills
