Retail Head - Men's Ethnic Couture

Role Overview:

The Retail Head will lead all retail operations across our men's ethnic couture store network throughout India. This role oversees store performance, expansion strategy, inventory management, and customer experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Management:

- Oversee operations of all retail stores pan-India (sales, operations, compliance)

- Establish and maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and brand experience

- Monitor store-level P&L and ensure profitability targets

- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and shrinkage control

Network Expansion & Development:

- Develop and execute retail expansion strategy

- Identify and evaluate new store locations across high-value markets

- Manage store launches, renovations, and refurbishment projects

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape for expansion planning

Sales & Performance Management:

- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for all stores

- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews

- Implement sales strategies to drive foot traffic and conversion

- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights

Team Leadership & Training:

- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing retail team

- Establish training programs for store managers and sales staff

- Foster company culture and brand ambassador mindset

Customer Experience & Loyalty:

- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty programs

- Manage customer feedback and implement improvements

- Ensure premium service standards aligned with luxury positioning

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field

- 10-12 years of retail management experience, with minimum 5+ years at national/regional level

- Proven experience managing multi-store operations across geographies

- Strong P&L management and financial acumen

- Experience in luxury, fashion, or premium retail segment

- Excellent analytical and leadership skills

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Experience with retail analytics

- Omnichannel retail experience (online + offline integration)

- Knowledge of retail technology and POS systems

- Experience with store design and visual merchandising
