Retail Head - Luxury Goods Sector

Role Overview:

As the Retail Head - Luxury (Multi designer brand), you will be responsible for spearheading the retail operations for our luxury brand across India. Your day-to-day will involve strategic planning, overseeing store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with regional managers, store managers, marketing teams, and merchandising teams to execute the brand's vision and achieve ambitious business goals. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, brand reputation, and overall revenue growth within the luxury retail segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement retail strategies to maximize sales and profitability across all luxury retail locations.

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff training, to ensure brand standards are consistently met.

- Lead and mentor a team of regional and store managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer service and sales achievement.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement targeted initiatives to drive revenue.

- Manage the P&L for the retail operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control to achieve financial targets.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, vendors, and marketing partners, to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the luxury brand experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Willingness to travel frequently within the Delhi NCR and Mumbai regions.
