The role holder will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end business performance for the Concept in the country, in addition to identifying, evaluating, and practising due diligence on new business opportunities to support the Concept's expansion plans.
- Manage concept's growth (increased market share), market and property strategy
In collaboration with/in line with Concept HQ :
- Develop country retail strategy and ensure implementation of the same
- Maintain optimum stock levels and drive business performance parameters
- Leverage customer insights, drive customer loyalty
- Implement brand strategy and optimise marketing spend
- Manage local supply chain to achieve optimum stock levels and markdowns
- Responsible for managing multiple support functions' outcomes
- Accountable for finalisation of annual business plan, sales and operating budgets and monitoring implementation
- Manage project CAPEX control and new stores launch
- Benchmark and establish operational best practices and ensure consistency in implementation
- Monitor and analyse findings from competitors and market intelligence data, and outperform the competition
- Responsible for managing the teams' development, training and performance through performance management & coaching to ensure a succession pipeline is built at all levels in the concept structure
