Retail Head - EBO/LFR/Franchise/Company Owned

We're looking for a seasoned retail leader to spearhead the offline retail expansion for a fast-growing youth-centric fashion and lifestyle brand. This high-impact leadership role involves strategizing, scaling, and managing the entire offline ecosystem EBOs, LFRs, and Franchise models while driving P&L ownership, operational excellence, and omnichannel synergy across India.

What You'll Own:

- Retail expansion roadmap & market entry strategies

- Multi-model retail operations (EBO, FOFO/FOCO, LFR, SIS)

- Partnerships with leading LFR players (Reliance Trends, Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, etc.)

- Offline P&L, sales productivity, and profitability metrics

- Building & mentoring a high-performing retail ops team

Who We're Looking For:

- 10+ years in retail leadership with deep EBO & LFR exposure

- Strong P&L management and franchise handling experience

- Expertise in scaling offline channels in Tier 1-3 markets

- Sharp commercial acumen, negotiation, and analytical skills

- Good-to-have: Exposure to D2C fashion brands or digital-first brands scaling offline.
