Description:
Location: Bengaluru.
Reports To: Business Head / Director Retail.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Head / Store Manager with a proven track record in managing multiple luxury brand stores across India.
The ideal candidate will lead store operations, sales strategy, team management, and customer experience, ensuring premium service standards and consistent business growth aligned with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple luxury retail stores across PAN India.
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and business expansion in line with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs (sales, footfall, conversion, AOV, stock turns, etc.) to improve performance.
- Lead, motivate, and train store managers and sales teams to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to plan product launches, in-store activations, and inventory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers (HNI/VIP clientele) to enhance brand loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit standards, and operational policies.
- Identify opportunities for store expansion, renovation, and new market penetration.
- Conduct periodic market analysis and competitor benchmarking to refine business strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Fashion Management.
- 7-15 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Proven experience with luxury brands in fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, or cosmetics.
- Strong business acumen, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional brand experiences.
