Retail Digital Transformation Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic MBA talent from IIMs to join our Retail Digital Transformation Consulting team.

This role offers the opportunity to work with leading global retailers and drive large-scale digital initiatives in e-commerce, loyalty programs, and customer/marketing analytics.

You will combine strategy consulting with hands-on execution, working closely with CXOs and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead or support consulting engagements for retail digital transformation.

- Build digital roadmaps through workshops, diagnostics, and benchmarking.

- Collaborate with technology teams to implement platforms like SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and CDPs.

- Drive customer analytics projects - segmentation, personalization, campaign ROI tracking.

- Shape loyalty strategies and enable modern customer retention ecosystems.

- Support business case creation, operating model design, and governance frameworks.

- Contribute to thought leadership in retail digital trends.

What We're Looking For:

- MBA from IIM (or Tier-1 B-school) with 0-3 years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, analytics, or marketing.

- Strong understanding of retail digital trends - omnichannel commerce, loyalty ecosystems, personalization.

- Exposure to consulting frameworks (business case creation, value trees, digital roadmaps).

- Hands-on involvement in platform implementations (e-commerce, CRM, loyalty, analytics) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
