About the role : - As a member of our team, you will be responsible for growing the business, building and expanding the network of HNIs, institutional investors, wealth management firms and other channel partners for our platform's real estate products and strategies. - The candidate should have a strong background in fund raising and sales, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a network of investors and distribution partners. - As part of this thriving start up environment you have the opportunity to work across multiple verticals. - You'll act as a catalyst for deepening our investor reach and setting up new distribution channels and reshaping existing ones by working closely with the founder himself & other teams such as product, investment and performance marketing teams. Roles & Responsibilities : - Develop strong product knowledge of the platform's real estate structured investment products, implement strategies and drive sales to a pan India network of HNIs, UHNI's, family offices and institutional clients - Build and deepen relationships with a strong network of distribution partners like independent financial advisors, wealth management firms, private banks to support the platform's fund raising efforts. - Acquire new HNI/Ultra HNI clients through networking, referrals, market analysis, and other sources. - Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients to generate AUM and increase sales. - Achieve the financial goals of clients through product line offerings. - Achieve budgeted targets in terms of the number of clients, volume of business, and assets under management. - Share regular communications with clients regarding information, research, and material of the organization. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, as well as the competitive landscape, to provide the best advice to clients and differentiate Restack in the market. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, investments, and communications in CRM system. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to HNI/Ultra HNI sales. - Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities. Skills and qualifications for the role : - MBA/Master's degree in marketing/business administration/finance or any other discipline. - Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in fund raising/ investor relations through sale of investment products, with an experience in building B2B partnerships, channel sales & Investor network. - Experience in fund raising through sale of structured products or other investment products working at a wealth management firm, private equity fund/ AIF/ PMS, private bank or large brokerage outfit. - Deep understanding of alternative investments products with experience in the real estate industry/ real estate investment platform is a plus - A mindset that will constantly think about ROI, business and revenue. - An ability to work in cross-functional environments including working closely with sales, marketing, business management, customer support and IT team. - Strong analytical foundation with meticulous attention to detail and excellent team skills - Strong Communication skills (written and verbal). - Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. - Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment Only candidates working at a wealth management firm, private bank or large brokerage distributing financial products, PMS, AIF will be considered.
