Visit us at www.theRestack.com to learn more about us. Your Role We are seeking a sales specialist with excellent communication skills to track and optimise our sales campaigns across all channels. An ideal sales manager has knowledge and experience of sales in real estate (especially commercial real estate), structured investment products, strong negotiating skills, and a stellar track record of closing deals. Responsibilities - Strategize and execute all sales campaigns with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and expand our customer base. - Researching and analysing market trends to gain a deep understanding of customer behaviour patterns and identify and fill product gaps Building and managing the segmentation of the customer database to ensure targeted marketing activities. - Establishing, negotiating, and managing the distribution channel partners and showcasing the product in the open market through events, expos, stalls, etc. - Work with the marketing team in creating marketing materials, emails, and social media content and ensuring that necessary mailers are going out to customers. - Measure and report the performance of all sales campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs). Generating sales and marketing reports on metrics such as website traffic, conversions, and lead generation. - Deliver the weekly and monthly deliverables. - Pre-Investment - Monitor and improve the lead management and lead nurturing processes. - Engage with leads (investors) to ensure conversion through various sources of communication through the digital world and social media platforms like Gmeet, LinkedIn, telephonic meetings, and in-person meetings; manage investor queries, coordinate site visits, and manage the closure and documentation process. - Addressing all investor (customer) queries regarding the investment product offering and investing process - Highlight and help the leads understand the key advantages of the online/tech-based investing approach. - Post-investment Address any investor queries through coordination with other internal verticals, including investment, IT, and operations. - Ensuring compliance with TAT timelines for various issues based on prevailing company guidelines. Skills and qualifications - MBA or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or any other discipline - Postgraduate or Graduate - A mindset that will constantly think about ROI, business, and revenue. - Leadership skills - Fluent in English with good writing skills.
