Respo Financial Capital - Product Manager - Lending

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in the lending domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from PRD to launch

- Build and scale lending platforms (LOS/LMS) and drive API integrations

- Work closely with engineering, business, and external partners to deliver high-impact features

- Optimize user funnels, disbursals, and repayment journeys to drive growth and efficiency

- Leverage data, experimentation, and AI tools (e.g., Claude) for product improvements

- Manage stakeholder communication and align cross-functional teams on product roadmap and priorities

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine product strategy and enhance customer experience
