Resource Planning Analyst

Position Details:

Role: Resource Planning Analyst.

Experience: 5-8 Years.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Shift: General (9 AM - 6 PM).

Contract: 12 Months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, forecast, and plan shortand medium-term demand.

- Support staffing decisions using data-driven insights.

- Analyze data, identify trends, and enhance forecasting for the Trust & Safety team.

- Develop skilled routing for reviewers using SQL or Python.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.

- Hands-on experience with NICE tools for scheduling and operational planning.

- Solid data analysis and forecasting capabilities.

Interview Process:

Round 1: Technical Screening.

Round 2: Cultural Fit & Overall Assessment.
