Position Details

Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) - ICU

Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Delta I, Greater Noida, UP

Qualification & Experience:

Educational Qualification: MBBS (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in ICU / Critical Care / Emergency Medicine

Registration: Valid UP Medical Council registration is mandatory

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide round-the-clock medical care to ICU patients under the guidance of consultants.

- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including ventilator support and emergency interventions.

- Perform initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for ICU admissions.

- Ensure accurate documentation of patient history, progress notes, investigations, and treatment plans.

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, code blue situations, and rapid response calls.

- Coordinate effectively with consultants, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals.

- Follow hospital protocols, infection control guidelines, and patient safety standards.

- Communicate patient condition and progress clearly with patients' attendants, as required.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure ICU environments.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

- Team-oriented approach with a patient-centric mindset.
