We are hiring for Research Coordinator for one of the Top Banking Client for Mumbai Location. Location : Mumbai. Responsibilities: - Coordinate, create and summarize regular research-related financial market communication (economic &amp; investments) - Research publication workflow management including financial writer support &amp; compliance - Supporting the creation of target-audience-relevant publications portraying the central investment ideas/opinions - Work with various global teams in a coordinated approach within the content creation framework - Actively requesting information from global investment hubs as well as other relevant sources - Close interaction with key stakeholders such as Marketing, Communications &amp; Compliance - Close cooperation with team members in Global Locations Requirements: Education and Experience: - MBA Finance or equivalent experience - Prior experience in managing the research processes - Experience in process-driven framework - Good understanding of financial markets and ability to produce written output Competencies: - Experience in following clearly defined business workflows as well as handling multiple parallel workflows - High proficiency in MS Office and ability to layout publications, presentations &amp; charts - Ability to work process-oriented and detail-focused, conscious of deadlines - Good understanding of client specific regulatory requirements for publications - Knowledge of financial markets and the related interdependencies - Excellent communication skills with proficiency level in editing publishable content - Proficiency with using various data providers like Bloomberg, Factset etc. - Proficiency in German language could be an added advantage Personal Characteristics: - Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly - Ability to work independently and as part of the team (even across the globe) - High level of comfort in dealing with different levels of management
