Role Overview :

- Candidates with a consulting background and experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders will be preferred. Success in this role requires structured thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and compelling storytelling skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and minimal guidance will be a key success factor.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth research across technology domains, including AI, data, and cloud
- Synthesize external industry trends into clear, actionable business insights
- Support leadership as a strategic partner in a dynamic, high-impact environment
- Operate across business, talent, and organizational priorities with flexibility
- Develop structured narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders
Role Nature :
This is a research and strategy-driven role, not an L&D or training position. It functions as a dynamic partner to leadership (similar to a quasi-Chief of Staff role), with a fluid and evolving scope rather than a fixed mandate.
Candidate Profile :
- 3-8 years of relevant experience
- Background in research firms, consulting organizations, or technology companies
- Exposure to large-scale technology environments is a plus
- Strong depth in AI, data, and cloud ecosystems
- Excellent research, analytical, and synthesis skills
- Experience working with or presenting to senior leadership (CXO-level preferred)
