Lead the conceptualization, development, and launch of new initiatives that align with company goals. - Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify unmet healthcare needs and potential areas for expansion. Evaluate competition, customer needs, and scientific breakthroughs to refine product and service offerings. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, operations, marketing, and other teams to translate strategic ideas into actionable projects.
