About the Role : As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the Strategy Lead and CEO to drive key business initiatives, streamline strategic planning, manage executive coordination, and oversee special projects from ideation to execution. This role is integral to the decision-making processes at the highest level and will have a direct impact on our growth trajectory. Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Executive Support: - Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Strategy Lead, and senior leadership team. - Identify high-impact strategic areas for business growth across functions and geographies. - Coordinate and align cross-functional teams for seamless execution of strategic initiatives. - Drive special projects end-to-end: from ideation, planning, and stakeholder alignment to implementation. Operational Excellence: - Analyze key business metrics and propose data-backed improvements. - Create, improve, and implement systems and processes for operational efficiency. - Track progress on strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership. Communication & Stakeholder Management: - Draft high-level communications including business plans, investor decks, executive emails, and reports on behalf of the CEO. - Plan and organize leadership meetings with a clear agenda and actionable outcomes. - Represent the leadership team in cross-functional and external partner discussions. Innovation & Entrepreneurial Execution: - Contribute to product delivery, experimentation, and financial modeling. - Explore digitization initiatives and support decision-making with deep research and analysis. - Navigate ambiguity and demonstrate an ability to solve complex challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit.
