The job description is as below:
- Have to carry out microbiological testing, BET testing, sterility testing and like for Drug & Pharma, Medical Device, AYUSH and Food products as per respective regulatory Guidelines or any such task assigned.
- Have to work for protocol preparation, report preparation, SOP Preparation and revise on there of pertaining to microbiology department
- Set up and execute experiments for protein purification and biochemical assays.
- Implement basic microbiology protocols for experimental setups.
- Comprehend project requirements as specified by the client.
- Understand and follow reaction parameters from supervisors or managers.
- Discuss and understand the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) with the team.
- Identify and mitigate potential safety risks with supervisor assistance.
- Plan and execute reactions with proper reagents and equipment, maintaining specified conditions with optimal usage and minimal wastage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological testing including MLT, BET, bioburden, and sterility as per regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct experiments related to protein purification and biochemical assays.
- Follow established microbiology and biochemical protocols with accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and revise SOPs, protocols, and scientific reports for the microbiology department.
- Understand project requirements and execute tasks aligned with client specifications.
- Maintain reaction parameters and ensure optimal use of reagents and equipment.
- Review and adhere to MSDS guidelines for safe handling of chemicals and biological materials.
- Identify potential safety risks and escalate them to supervisors for mitigation.
- Ensure strict compliance with GLP, GDP, and internal quality standards.
- Support sample handling, documentation, and laboratory workflow management.
- Maintain instruments, logs, consumables, and ensure a clean and compliant lab environment.
Work Environment:
- Laboratory-based role with routine handling of biological samples and chemicals.
- Requires adherence to strict safety and quality standards.
