Engineering and Machinery Development: - Demonstrate strong understanding of mechanical systems involved in coating, impregnation, and textile processing. - Guide modification and custom development of machinery to improve productivity, quality, and scalability. Automation & Mechatronics Integration: - Drive automation initiatives across production processes, particularly in composite processing. - Apply knowledge of mechatronics to upgrade machinery and implement intelligent systems for precision and reliability. Project Management: - Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution. - Ensure adherence to technical objectives, delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budget controls. - Collaborate effectively across internal departments and external partners. Product Management and Commercial Alignment: - Manage the full product lifecycle - from development to launch. - Align technical development with market needs while ensuring commercial viability. - Contribute to pricing strategies, positioning, and differentiation. Technical Marketing and Client Interface: - Represent technical capabilities to senior stakeholders in customer organizations (ISRO, DRDO, structural consultants, etc.). - Communicate product performance and application advantages while maintaining a clear distinction from direct sales activities.
