Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven executive to lead our Pricing & Insights vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven pricing strategies, delivering market intelligence, and generating actionable insights that directly enhance profitability and competitiveness. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee strategic research initiatives, optimize pricing models, and align insights with business objectives to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Commodity Market Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of key commodities, including iron ore, scrap, steel, and ferro alloys, to support informed decision-making and drive business growth.

- Develop short-term and long-term supply and demand forecasts for specific metals and mining industries.

- Provide insights that contribute to strategic decision-making for commercial and trading operations.

- Produce high-quality reports, bulletins, presentations, and dashboards using tools like Power BI to deliver insights to clients and management.

- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks in trading, supply chain management, and market volatility to ensure business continuity.

- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and SQL, with exposure to data analytics tools such as Python, R, or Tableau/Power BI, and exposure to Bloomberg/Refinitiv/Platts.

- Research Tools: Familiarity with commodity research portals, pricing platforms, and market intelligence databases relevant to the metals and commodities sector.

- Industry Expertise: Proven knowledge of iron ore, scrap, steel, and ferro alloy markets.

- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, pricing models, and profitability optimization.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of laws, regulations, and standards governing commodity trading and compliance.

- Innovation: Ability to adopt new technologies and drive process improvements.

Adaptability: Resilience in dynamic market environments with the capacity to navigate volatility and change.

Skills Required:
