We are looking for a Junior Research Associate to join our Emerging Market Equities team. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end equity research focused on Indian companies and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support senior analysts in fundamental equity research across sectors

- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and business models of listed Indian companies

- Build and maintain financial models and research databases

- Assist in company management interactions, industry expert calls, and channel checks

- Prepare research reports, investment insights, and presentations for the investment team

- Track macroeconomic, political, and global market developments impacting coverage

Desired Profile:

- 1-3 years of experience in equity research / investments

- Strong understanding of the Indian equity market

- CFA (or pursuing) / relevant postgraduate qualification preferred

- Proficiency in financial modeling and fundamental analysis

- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Bloomberg
