Job Description  1. Ability to understand financial statements (P&L, B/S and cash flows, ratios) and interpret them logically, also forecast future estimates.  2. Willingness to learn multiple sectors and understand several businesses  3. Long term orientation/ temperament for owning and analyzing businesses  4. Willingness to travel extensively for on ground survey/road trips to gain insights. Additionally, attending AGMs, visiting manufacturing plants and meeting management would be also part of travel.  5. Extensive reading on various subjects to develop multi-dimensional thinking, and contributing to monthly newsletter  6. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint is a must, with reasonable writing skills  7. Ability to share additional responsibility like managing internal databases, creating marketing pitches etc.  8. Experience required is from 1- 5 years.  9. Working on Indian Market.  Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
