Looking for MBA from tier 1 B-School 2008- 2009 and 2010 batch pass out with BPO experiance  The primary job responsibilities of the Analyst would fall into three categories:   (1) collecting, analyzing and synthesizing information that serve as critical inputs to client service teams;   (2) developing expertise in one or two areas (e.g. finance, HR) to partner and lead knowledge and   (3) staffing on client engagements as a knowledge professional either remote or on-site. Such on-site staffing could be domestic or global in nature.  As a Analyst you will be expected to possess and build a good understanding of industry trends/issues and have distinctive areas of shared services operations.
