Research Analyst - Enigma Small Opportunities Fund (CAT 3 AIF)

About the Role - This would be a highly entrepreneurial role and candidate would be part of a small team responsible to assist the Fund Manager to arrive at investment decisions. The right candidate should have a strong passion for equities and should be self-driven.

Experience & Qualification:

- Ideal candidates to have at least 1-3 years of experience of equity research. Candidates must possess either a MBA/ Chartered Accountancy or a Chartered Financial Analyst (USA) qualification apart from other graduate/post graduate degrees.

- Candidates with experience of tracking multiple sectors would be preferred.

It will be a sector agnostic role.

Key Responsibilities:

- In-depth bottom up research on companies across various sectors to develop strong understanding of company's business model, market positioning etc.

- Preparing financial models, attending company concalls, analyst meets and going on plant visits plus AGMs, scuttlebutt etc to keep up to date with current industry trends

Competencies:

- Self driven individual having a strong analytical mindset

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel.
