Job summary : 1. Execution of sales support initiatives across the sales teams. 2. Own all MIS Reporting and QBR / Monthly Review Presentations / dashboards for Senior Management. 3. Liaise with multiple teams (Sales Leads, Account Managers, Engagement Managers, Unit heads etc.) to ensure smooth execution of task assigned. 4. Implement defined Sales, service and marketing models and organizational blueprint for the field sales teams, optimizing them for customer experience and financial performance. 5. Facilitating the Business Planning including preparation for, and participation in Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Rhythm of the Business reviews. 6. Maintaining strong relationships with the internal teams and influence with Field Sales teams. 7. Gathering market intelligence and defining actions based on industry trend , competitive landscape and their execution with product, Tech, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams. 8. Responsible for defining and maintaining KPI metrics on weekly/monthly basis so as to keep a check on team's performance over a period of time. 9. Translating business requirements, understanding the problem statement and providing analytical solutions. Candidate should have : 1. Exceptional reporting and visualizing capabilities; Ownership of Revenue reporting. 2. Ability to manage CRM pipeline, Order tracking, Forecasting and Budgeting and Planning using Excel macros, MS Power BI etc. 3. Excellent MS Excel capabilities, analytical skills, numerical analysis and process automation. 4. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills and an efficient team player. 5. Ability to automate complex Reporting, Dashboards, experienced in Graphical Representation of Numbers.
