Job Purpose - Tracking & Monitoring of all Enterprise Corporate verticals various Internal Audit & Compliance points and carry out regular reporting. - Handle / frontend IT Process Compliance, RBI, IT Systems & Process Audits, IT Governance, Risk Audits, Third Party Risk Assessments. - Participate in annual RBI CSITE audit. Tracking & Monitoring of all observations and ensuring action plans on track and regular updates are being sent to concern team. - Define measure and improve ITIL process framework deployed in Bank. Thoroughly well-versed with ITIL process & framework. - Need to have knowledge of Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and qualitative and quantitative assessments of risks and controls related to banking process. Job Responsibilities (JR): 6 - 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) - Tracking Internal Audit & Compliance - Ensure All Open observations of department is tracked daily, and all observations meet given Target Date. - Guide teams to handle internal and external audit for the process. Champion the banks audit management process. - Handle / frontend IT Process Compliance, RBI, IT Systems & Process Audits - Should possess knowledge of the internal and external audit for the process. Experience in handling Concurrent Audit, Internal Audit, Information Systems Audit, Statutory Audit & RBI audits. CISA certified auditor having knowledge of Application audits will be preferred. - Participate in annual RBI CSITE audit. Tracking & Monitoring of all observations - Auditee: - For audits based on standards - ISO 9001(QMS), ISO 20000(ITSM) / ITIL Practices, ISO 27001(ISMS), ISO 22301 (BCMS), ITIL, CMMi -SVC V 1.3 - Level 5 based processes, Risk Mgmt. internal ISO audits conducted for various projects. - Process Facilitation, Implementation, Consulting & Ensuring Compliance of Systems & IT processes based on various Standards, Framework and Practices - ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 20000 (IT Service Management Systems), (Information Security Management Systems), ITIL, ERM (Enterprise Risk Management), - Facilitation for External Audits - Facilitated Projects for External Audits of different auditing bodies - Statutory & Regulatory Audits - Define measure and improve ITIL process framework deployed in Bank - Responsible for reviewing Major Incidents reports as per agreed process. Independently manage IT Incident Management presentations with senior management. - Ensure actual root cause is derived and permanent fix is implemented. Track team progress on high priority and major incidents and provide weekly status update to department head and all function heads. 5 Whys method Implementation. - Coordinate and conduct trainings with multiple support team to ensure adherence to Service Level agreement. Reducing incidents by way of proper repeat ticket analysis and problem Management Techniques Maintain End user/Customer relationship by giving continuous service improvement. - Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) - For ensuring maximum Application Availability of critical apps. Banks conduct periodic assessment of ICAAP framework. Should be able to carry out detailed and thorough analysis of all incidents resulting in downtime and impairment. Need to prepare action plan to mitigate the downtime in future.
