We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst with 3-4 years of experience in data reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in VBA, SQL, and Power BI, with a strong understanding of RPO or HR reporting (preferred). This role requires someone who is highly analytical, has strong stakeholder management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, automate, and optimize Excel-based reports using VBA and SQL.

- Build interactive Power BI dashboards to provide data-driven insights.

- Analyse recruitment and HR-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful reports.

- Work closely with stakeholders to present insights, drive decision-making, and improve data accuracy.

- Ensure reports and dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business needs.

- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.

- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and automation.

Key Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development.

- Strong expertise in Excel automation (VBA, SQL) and Power BI for dashboard creation.

- Experience in HR reporting or RPO (preferred).

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with a curiosity for data and insights.

- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity effectively.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with advanced Excel functions, Power Query, and DAX in Power BI.

- Prior experience in HR analytics or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
