Location: Delhi.

Work Week: 5 Days.

Required Experience: 4-6 Years.

Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

- Oversee planning and execution of monthly social media calendars, content strategies, and campaigns.

- Coordinate with design, copy, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives and posts.

- Track campaign timelines, approvals, and deliverables for smooth execution.

- Well versed with the processes involved in Digital marketing, social media management, search, website development and designing.

- Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

- Brand Building Strategies, Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments.

- Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.

- Analysing and reporting on the effects of publications.

- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for content or engagement improvement.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: In a client servicing or account management role within a digital advertising agency.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, social media advertising, display, video, and programmatic advertising).

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information to clients and stakeholders.
