About the Role.

Were looking for a Digital Account Director who can lead with strategy, inspire with ideas, and deliver with precision.

Youll oversee digital client relationships, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, creative, and business-impacting.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology, guiding clients through the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Leadership: Serve as the strategic partner for key clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into impactful digital strategies.

- Digital Strategy: Lead the development and execution of 360 digital campaigns across social media, performance marketing, content, influencer, and web experiences.

- Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of account managers, planners, and coordinators ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.

- Campaign Oversight: Supervise end-to-end campaign execution from briefing to delivery ensuring timely, on-brand, and performance-oriented results.

- Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with analytics and media teams to optimize campaigns using metrics like engagement, CTR, ROI, and conversions.

- Business Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; contribute to new business pitches and strategic proposals.

- Collaboration: Partner with creative, strategy, and performance teams to ensure alignment across touchpoints and flawless campaign execution.

- Financial Management: Oversee account profitability, budget management, and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in a digital or integrated marketing agency environment.

- Proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns for major brands.

- Deep understanding of social media, paid media, SEO, SEM, content strategy, and analytics tools.

- Strong leadership, client management, and presentation skills.

- Ability to balance creativity with business performance metrics.

- Up-to-date with emerging digital trends, technologies, and platforms.
