Reo.Dev - Product Manager - RevOps (2-6 yrs)
Job Description:
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our early product team and own the
RevOps experience on Reo - helping GTM teams turn raw signals into pipeline they can act on.
Reo pulls together millions of data points - firmographics, technographics, hiring signals, developer activity, and more - into a signal universe that GTM teams use to find and prioritize the right accounts.
Your job is to make that intelligence usable: helping RevOps and sales users build lead pipelines, segment accounts on dozens of attributes, and act on signals without drowning in data.
Youll:- Own the end-to-end experience of
signal-based pipeline building - from "here's a pile of account data" to "here's my prioritized list to work this week".
- Design and iterate on
segmentation workflows - letting users slice accounts by signals, firmographics, tech stack, and other attributes, without needing to be a data analyst to do it.
- Talk to RevOps and sales users constantly - understand how they currently build lists and pipeline (spreadsheets, CRM views, manual research) and translate that into product decisions.
- Dig into usage data yourself (query logs, product analytics) to spot friction points, drop-offs, and what "good" segmentation looks like.
- Work closely with engineering & design to ship fast, test with users, and iterate.
- Write clear specs and help keep the team aligned on priorities and what's shipping next.
- Ruthlessly prioritize - know which segmentation/pipeline improvements move usage and retention, and cut what doesn't.
Skills we are looking for in this role:This is a key role in Reo.Dev. We are looking at ambitious people who will lead Reo.Dev in our next level of growth. Hence we are looking at the following qualities/profiles:
- 2-4 years of Product Management experience, ideally in an early-stage or fast-moving tech startup, owning a feature area end-to-end.
- Comfort with
data-heavy or workflow-heavy products - you've worked on something where the hard part was making a lot of structured/unstructured data usable, not just building a linear feature.
- Experience in building AI-native user experiences.
- Basic fluency with data - you can read a SQL query, sanity-check a metric, or work with a CSV export without needing someone else to translate it for you.
- Bias to ship - you'd rather get something in front of users this week and iterate than perfect it in a vacuum.
What qualities we look for in our team members:While there is no stencil for the type of people we like, there are a few traits that might make Reo.Dev a better fit for you. Reo.Dev might be a good fit if you:
- Work hard, hands-on (that's very important to us!) and want to grow really fast.
- Care about your work a great deal, find it highly unsettling if the quality of work is even slightly sub-par.
- Execute fast.
- Are hands on (we will not have elaborate reporting structures for the foreseeable future and hopefully ever).
- Are someone people like to work with, low on ego, high on humility.
- Have the ability to fail, learn and keep trying till you win. Start-ups are tough and we will not get everything right the first time.
- Have a longish view of your career growth and not optimizing for the next 1-2 years.
