
What will you be working on?
We're looking for a founding PM to join our early team. You'll take full ownership of major product areas and work directly with the founders to shape the future of our platform. - This role, especially will focus in improving the In-Platform experience and self-serve adoption of the product; which includes and journeys and workflows that users building in our SaaS Application.
- Own end-to-end product development for key modules - from discovery to delivery
- Talk to users often, deeply understand their workflows, and translate insights into clear product decisions
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship fast, iterate, and improve
- Prioritize ruthlessly - know what moves the needle and cut what doesn't
- Write clear specs, manage sprints, and keep the team aligned on what's next. Own documentation of everything you have delivered.
- Be a true owner - think about growth, retention, and long-term value, not just features
Skill we are looking for in this role:
- This is a key role in [Reo.Dev] (http://Reo.Dev). We are looking at ambitious people who will lead Reo.Dev in our next level of growth. Hence we are looking at following qualities/ profiles
- You have at least 3-5 years of Product Management experience in early stage tech startups, ideally in B2B SaaS space
- Past exposure in either self serve B2B product journeys.
- You have worked with complex / large tech systems and not just with linear point solution products.
- You have a strong understanding of Data and AI Products, i.e. products that assimilate millions of data sources to generate intelligence.
