About this Role
Were looking for a strategic, data-driven, and high-energy Head of Inside Sales to build and scale our outbound engine. Youll own Reo.Devs outbound motion and lead a growing SDR team to drive predictable revenue.
Reo.Dev launched in Oct 2023, and in just two years, dozens of DevTool companies already trust us as their Revenue Intelligence system. With strong PMF and accelerating growth, were ready to scale aggressively and youll play a defining role in that journey.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Own outbound revenue pipeline: Own outreach targets and deliver a robust revenue pipeline for the org
- Lead the SDR function:Train and coach SDRs to hit and exceed pipeline targets
- Design and execute high-performing cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach strategies
- Define the SDR operating model: Set processes for research, qualification, cadences, meeting handoffs, and performance tracking
- Craft messaging that converts: Oversee development of targeted outbound sequences and personalization frameworks
- Performance management: Set KPIs, monitor metrics, and continuously optimize conversion rates across the funnel
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Growth, Founders, and Product to align ICP, messaging, and GTM strategy
- Experiment & scale: Implement A/B tests, new automation, AI-driven prospecting, and workflow improvements
- Build a high-velocity culture: Create a mindset of hustle, accountability, and learning within the SDR team
