Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage and attract the best mix of resources to source top talent using social media, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources. - Manage the entire recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication and negotiations. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate profiles for varied technical and non-technical roles. - Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels. - Manage the post offer cycle, like ensuring a positive candidate experience between offer and joining, and onboarding. - Proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship management. - Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Be the brand ambassador for Reo.Dev, and let the world to know about the great work we're doing. - Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development recruitment. Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of experience in hiring for a Software Startups. - Should be an expert in Tech hiring like Backend, DevOps, Frontend, QA, Data Engineers and Non Tech hiring like Project Managers, Sales, BD, Marketing, Customer success etc roles. - A great communicator (written and oral), with excellent organisational skills. - Experience and understanding of hiring for startups. - Should be strong in Candidate Search and Screening. - Possess good people skills, including persuasion and negotiation skills. - Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance.
