He previously founded Scholr, which was an EdTech start-up and was acquired by BYJU'S. In the Founder's Office role, here are some of the things you could be working on - Work closely with the Founders on the overall strategy, direction and growth of the company - Facilitate communication between all revenue generating teams and implement new tools & strategies to reach company goals - Consistently evaluate processes, look for areas of improvement and drive efficiency across the company for the smooth running of operations - Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives led by the founders, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently - Assist the founders with key decision making and resource management such as hiring decisions, marketing strategy and product development - Working on developing long term market strategy; identifying the market opportunity and developing a plan to capitalise on it - Investor Relations: founder's office will spend time communicating with investors to keep them updated on the company's progress and future plans Skills: - 0 - 2 year experience in VC/management consulting/founder's office in a startup or a startup founder - IIT/ Tier1 engineering college graduate with very strong research and analytical skills; ideally looking to startup soon on your own - Strong written and verbal communication skills What we look for in our team members: While there is no stencil for the type of people we like, there are a few traits that might make Reo.Dev a better fit for you.
