Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

- Define and drive the long-term product vision and roadmap for financial applications.

- Align product strategy with business goals, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.

- Identify new growth opportunities across payments, lending, wealth management, digital banking, or trading platforms.

- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scale.

Product Development & Execution:

- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, and operations.

- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and execution plans.

- Ensure timely product releases with high quality and scalability.

- Drive agile product development processes.

Financial Domain Expertise:

- Oversee development of financial applications such as:

- Digital Payments Platforms

- Lending / Loan Management Systems

- WealthTech Platforms

- Core Banking Integrations

- Trading & Investment Platforms

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, risk frameworks, and security standards.

- Work closely with compliance and risk teams to maintain regulatory adherence.

- Stakeholder & Leadership Management

- Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy and P&L impact.

- Engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product direction.

- Build and mentor a high-performing product team.

- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric thinking.

Data & Performance Management:

- Define and track product KPIs, revenue impact, adoption metrics, and customer satisfaction.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.

- Continuously improve user experience and operational efficiency
