Rental & Leasing Manager - Construction Equipment

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies to expand the construction equipment rental and leasing business.

- Identify new customers and business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, road, mining, oil & gas, and related sectors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project owners, and key accounts.

- Drive rental revenue, fleet utilization, profitability, and market share.

- Manage equipment deployment, availability, utilization, and fleet optimization.

- Coordinate with Service and Operations teams to minimize equipment downtime.

- Prepare rental/leasing quotations and commercial proposals and lead negotiations.

- Monitor contracts, renewals, collections, pricing, margins, and P&L performance.

- Lead and motivate the Rental & Leasing team and monitor KPIs.

- Prepare regular business performance and MIS reports for management.
