Role and Responsibilities:

- Elite Client Management: Develop, manage, and expand relationships with the most exclusive and high-net-worth individual (HNI) or corporate clients, crafting bespoke life insurance solutions.

- Strategic Business Driver: Be a primary driver of significant revenue growth from the premier client segment, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.

- Advanced Financial Planning: Partner with clients to conduct in-depth financial planning needs analysis, offering holistic and complex life insurance strategies (e.g, estate planning, wealth transfer, business succession).

- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Provide expert-level market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic insights to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.

- Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in life insurance, both internally and externally, representing RenewBuy at industry events and client forums.

- Formal Mentorship & Coaching: Design and implement formal mentorship programs and provide executive coaching to all levels of Relationship Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and succession planning.

- Business Strategy Contribution: Play a significant role in contributing to the overall business strategy and growth objectives of RenewBuy's direct distribution channels.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing the premier client experience, streamlining processes, and innovating product offerings.

- Risk & Compliance Leadership: Champion adherence to the highest standards of compliance and risk management across all premier client interactions.

Candidate Qualifications:

- Distinguished Sales Leadership: An exceptional and verifiable track record of 8-10 years of consistent, significant over-achievement in sales and premier client relationship management within the life insurance or broader financial services industry.

- Executive Communication & Influence: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior executives, C-suite clients, and large audiences.

- Exceptional Strategic & Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand complex business models, interpret market dynamics, and translate insights into actionable sales and relationship strategies.

- Proven Leadership & Mentorship: A strong history of formal and informal leadership, including successfully mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales professionals.

- Uncompromising Ethical Stance: Upholds and promotes the highest ethical standards, fostering a culture of integrity and transparency.

- Mastery of Life Insurance Products: Unrivaled, expert-level knowledge of the entire spectrum of life insurance products, including advanced financial planning instruments, tax implications, and international best practices.
