This position holds overall responsibility for preparing financial plans, budgets, data analytical and Management Reporting. Key responsibilities : - Preparation of Financial Plans (long term & short term) and driving annual planning process for the organisation - Developing quarterly forecast and guidance for sales teams - Preparing performance review decks for senior management and investors on monthly/quarterly/annual basis - Developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the organization and maintaining repository of performance data - Providing inputs to senior management on all key financial decisions through intelligent data analytics and information sharing - Develop functional budgets and monitor actual performance vs budgets on monthly basis - Develop and monitor sales incentive policies and track efficiency of R&R programs
