Position : Renewal Quoting Business Analyst
Experience : 3+ Years
Location : Bangalore (JP Nagar) Hybrid
Shift : 7:00 PM IST (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze quote requests from channel partners and sales teams.
- Determine whether requests are renewal or net-new opportunities.
- Create and manage opportunities and quotes in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ensure accurate pricing and provide discount guidance as per pricing policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve pricing and quoting queries.
- Process quote revisions, validate approvals, and communicate updates to relevant teams.
- Maintain compliance with pricing and quoting guidelines while ensuring quick turnaround times.
Required Skills :
- Experience in quoting, pricing, sales operations, renewals, or business analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC); exposure to CPQ/CRM tools preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
