Job Description-  - Assisting in Monthly and yearly closing of books of accounts within stipulated timelines.  - Liaising with other departments to obtain provisions for expenses, posting required journal entries in SAP.  - Preparing required schedules at month-end/ year-end, update financial models.  - Analysis of variances to budget and trends, and justification of movements for Overheads, Finance costs and Depreciation.  - Verification of overheads and finance costs loaded onto assets under construction.  - Intercompany reconciliations and preparing Related Party Transactions summary.  - Calculating Deferred Tax and providing disclosures for DTA/DTL.  - Carrying out Balance Sheet review and reconciliation.  - Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements as per Ind AS.  - Responsible for preparation and circulation of weekly and monthly MIS on revenue, overheads and cash flows.  - Preparing reporting packs for CFO and management after closure of books of accounts.  - Ensuring adherence to the Internal Controls for Financial Reporting (ICFR Compliance).  - Assisting the internal, interim, cost and statutory audits and acting as the single point of contact for submissions and resolution of audit queries.  - Exposure on Hedge Accounting and reinstatement of foreign currency exposures and accounting of resultant gain/loss.  Job Specification-  - The incumbent must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 2 - 6 Years' post qualification experience.  - Additional certifications in Ind AS/ IFRS would be an added advantage.  - Working knowledge of amendments in Companies Act 2013, Schedule III and exposure on the latest developments in direct and indirect taxes is desirable.  - Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP along with working knowledge of Ind AS applicability would give an added advantage.  - Conversant with the functionality of latest ERPs; experience of SAP environment would be preferable.  - Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.  - Excellent communication and analytical skills.  - Experience with a a large manufacturing/ EPC/ renewable energy industry/ Big4 would be an added advantage.
