IXELL Techno Commercial Field Manager (Deputy Manager )


Reports to: Product Manager - BP & Mech

Department | Team: After Sales

Target Industry:

Automotive OEM or Any Paint Company who had supported automotive paint sales

Role: Individual Contributor role

Qualification: BE

Principle Accountabilities (List the expected end results that must be achieved in order to fulfil the job purpose and activities that help in achieving these result).

EXPECTED END RESULTS:

MAJOR ACTIVITIES:

Define and implement IXELL Paints- commercial action plans:

- Sales target achievement for IXELL paints, para-paints and IXTAR range of products.

- Coordination with supplier team & dealers for DMS order execution.

- Contribute to convert Renault Dealerships to Ixell product range

- Identifying new potential to increase the reach & penetration of Ixell business

Liaise with Supplier for product complaints and dealer manpower training:

- Resolve product & service complaints with the help of supplier

- Implement & monitor Paint Manager software with the help of supplier

- Coordinate with Training department & supplier to arrange trainings/OJT on Body shop management, product, process-

Business performance analysis of IXELL workshops:

- Increase the process adherence in Ixell Shops to optimize the material cost incurred by dealers

Paint consumption per vehicle:

- Challenges (Please state the typical challenges faced by this role and how he/she is expected to overcome it)

Solution Mechanism:

- Implement & monitor B&P Strategy sufficiently profitable and driving revenue from body shop

- Understand dealer needs and expectations against paint & consumables business on the Indian market

- AS Field Team, AS B&P Product Managers, Training team

- Paint, Para-Paint & VAS Approved Suppliers, dealers

Knowledge & Skills:

- Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Relevant Experience:

- Similar position in AS Body shop operations with Car manufacturer

- Good technical skills in body shop enhancement & painting

- Good knowledge of workshop / business and After sales as a whole

- Knowledge of the Dealer network

- Desired Personal Traits

- Convincing, able to negotiate and transfer his know how, well organized, hardworking
