Job Location: Chennai Oragadam - Plant

Qualification : CA is must with Post qualification of 3 Yrs in any manufacturing setup.

JOB PURPOSE:

- Overall responsible in the GL for accounting and reporting/analysis of accruals/provision, accounting for Design & Development expenditure,

- Closing/finalization of monthly books of accounts.

- Preparation of Financial Statements as per IND AS/IFRS

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accounting, review and analysis of Opex provision - controlling over/under accrual/provision.

- Preparation of Financial Statements as per IND AS/IFRS

- Account Reconciliation and resolution of Open items.

- Implementation of IND AS/ IFRS and new Accounting Pronouncements

- Handing Big 4 Audit team for Financial Audits

- Control testing under Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR)

- Accounting and review of Tax - DTA/DTL/Tax computation/TDS

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Chartered Accountant

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in accounting of manufacturing operations

- Working knowledge in SAP (FI, FA modules) is required

- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, IFRS/Ind AS

- Interpersonal skills and collaborative working.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Working presentation skills.

- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
