1) General Ledger - AM/DM Role-Plant

CA is must with Post qualification 5 experience in manufacturing setup

Location : Chennai

Experience : 5-10 yrs

JOB PURPOSE:

a) Overall responsible in the GL for accounting and reporting/analysis of accruals/provision, accounting for Design & Development expenditure,

b) Closing/finalization of monthly books of accounts.

c) Preparation of Financial Statements as per IND AS/IFRS

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

List the expected end results that must be achieved in order to fulfil your job purpose and the activities that help in achieving these results.

- Accounting, review and analysis of Opex provision - controlling over/under accrual/provision.

- Preparation of Financial Statements as per IND AS/IFRS

- Account Reconciliation and resolution of Open items.

- Implementation of IND AS/ IFRS and new Accounting Pronouncements

- Handing Big 4 Audit team for Financial Audits

- Control testing under Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR)

- Accounting and review of Tax - DTA/DTL/Tax computation/TDS

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Chartered Accountant

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE :

- 5-7 years of accounting experience in accounting of manufacturing operations

- Working knowledge in SAP (FI, FA modules) is required

- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, IFRS/Ind AS

- Interpersonal skills and collaborative working.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Working presentation skills.

- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
