Head - PMS/AIF Operations - Asset Management Company ( Financial Services)

We are a leading Asset Management Company (AMC) regulated by SEBI, specializing in institutional and focused investment products, including Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). We are committed to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalable processes to support our growing AIF and PMS book.

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage end-to-end operations for PMS and AIF business lines, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution across front, middle, and back office functions. The role will focus on operational efficiency, client reporting, reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and integration with technology platforms including Wealth Spectrum and TATS.

Experience:

- 10 to 14 years of operations experience in Asset Management Companies (AMCs) or financial institutions with PMS and AIF operations focus.

- Must have hands-on experience in front-to-back operations for PMS and AIFs (not Wealth Management or Private Banking).

- Proven experience in managing Wealth Spectrum and Tats (or similar transaction accounting systems).

- Exposure to SEBI AIF Regulations, PMS Guidelines, and trust deed compliance.

Front Office Operations (Client & Trade Support):

- Client Onboarding & KYC Management

Middle Office Operations (Risk, Valuation & Reconciliation):

- Portfolio Valuation & NAV Computation

- Lead reconciliation of positions, cash, and trades across custodians, brokers, and internal books

Back Office Operations (Settlement, Reporting & Compliance):

- Settlement & Custody Coordination

- Regulatory & Client Reporting

- Audit & Compliance Support

- Drive automation and digitization initiatives in PMS/AIF operations.

- Evaluate and recommend improvements in systems like Wealth Spectrum, Tats, and fund accounting platforms.

- Collaborate with IT and product teams to scale operations for new fund launches or strategy expansions.
